Changes on Reservation procedure to take effect from 01 April 2011, details as follows:

A) BVC Home Hotels & Resorts (Inventories)

 

Advance reservation is open on a daily basis up to a maximum period of 365 days before the intended check-in dates. Minimum days to made booking is 07 days before check-in.

(For example: Reservation made on 1st April 2011, booking is open for reservation to 31st March 2012 with the flexibility to allow the check-out dates exceed to the 7th day of the maximum booking period of 365 days, i.e. the latest check-out date allowed will be on or before 7th April 2012)

Cancellation and Amendment Notice for Confirmed Bookings:
To avoid any forfeiture of the entitlement nights the following must be strictly abide to:

  • Bookings from 07 days to 90 days – No Cancellation and Amendment allowed.
  • Bookings from 91 days to 180 days – One (1) Week from the date of confirmation.
  • Bookings from 181 days to 270 days – Two (2) Week from the date of confirmation.
  • Bookings from 271 days to 365 days – Three (3) Week from the date of confirmation.

 

All cancellations and /or amendments must be done at BVC Online Reservation System via BVC Website: www.berjayavacation.com.my

Kindly take note that Amendment is only applicable within the same date of the hotels and resorts that is booked i.e. reduction of rooms and night. Besides this all other amendment will be treated as Cancellation.

Terms and Conditions:
For eve of PH / PH / School Holidays / Weekend Bookings

  • Strictly conform to double the room entitlement of the membership type (Esteem 4 rooms & Executive 2 rooms)
  • Allowed to hold two (2) bookings during Peak Season (2nd Peak Season booking is not allowed on the same hotel and date of your 1st Peak Season booking)
  • Maximum 4 nights stays (5 days/4 Nights) per booking

B) Internal Affiliated Hotels & Resorts **(For Berjaya Hotels and Resorts) **

 

Advance reservation is open on a daily basis up to a maximum period of 180 days before the intended check-in dates.

(For example: Reservation made on 1st April 2011, booking is open for reservation to 30th September 2011 with the flexibility to allow the check-out dates exceed to the 7th day of the maximum booking period of 180 days, i.e. the latest check-out date allow will be on or before 7th October 2011)

Cancellation and Amendment Notice for Confirmed Bookings:

  • Bookings from 14 days to 30 days – No Cancellation and Amendment allowed.
  • Bookings from 31 days to 180 days – One (1) Month from the date of check-in.

 

C) External Affiliated Hotels & Resorts **(For Local & Overseas Hotels and Resorts) **

 

Advance reservation is open on a daily basis up to a maximum period of 180 days before the intended check-in dates.

(For example: Reservation made on 1st April 2011, booking is open for reservation to 30th September 2011 with the flexibility to allow the check-out dates exceed to the 7th day of the maximum booking period of 180 days, i.e. the latest check-out date allow will be on or before 7th October 2011)

Cancellation and Amendment Notice for Confirmed Bookings:

  • Bookings from 21 / 14 days to 30 days – No Cancellation and Amendment allowed.
  • Bookings from 31 days to 180 days – One (1) Month from the date of check-in.

 

** Cancellation and Amendment that do not conform to the above guideline will result in your room entitlement and surcharge paid being forfeited.

All cancellations and/or amendments should be either:

  1. Fax to 603-21419288 using BVC Booking Form or;
  2. Submit via Internal Affiliate's Reservation Form in BVC Website: www.berjayavacation.com.my or;
  3. Email to bvcreservation@berjaya.com.my with membership number and required information.

 

NOTE: ** Subject to terms and conditions in the contract for accommodation between Berjaya Vacation Club and the respective individual hotel which may vary from hotel to hotel.

 

BVC members are reminded that only children within age of 0-24 months are classified as under aged and therefore will not be charged at overseas hotels and resorts. Children between the ages of 2 to 12 years will be charged the applicable child rate.

FAQs

 

For administrative purposes, all members who signed between the 1st January and 30th June of each year (both dates inclusive), the due date for payment shall be 1st January starting from the subsequent year. Whereas, for members who signed between 1st July and 31st December of each year (both dates inclusive), the due date for payment shall be 1st July starting from the subsequent year.

Request for utilisation of annual entitlement is subject to payment of all overdue instalments / annual maintenance fee in your account prior to your booking request. If you are advancing the following year's entitlement to be used in the current year, payment of maintenance fee for the week brought forward must be paid in advance. Surcharge payment (if applicable) must also be settled in full upon booking confirmation.

There are various ways for you to make your payments:

  • Cash / Cheque / Credit Card
  • Mail Order Deduction
  • If you do not possess a credit card or a checking account, you can bank-in your cash / cheque to any Maybank or Standard Chartered Bank. Our account number can be obtained from our Credit Control Department or from any BVC branch. Please ensure that a copy of the bank-in slip with your name and membership number is faxed over to us promptly to ensure your account will be credited.
